World Class – And Erotic!
As we have built and grown our erotic telephone entertainment company over the past 7 years, one thing has become clearer to us each day: despite the fact that we’re working in the “Adult Industry”, despite the fact that many of us consider ourselves “Mistresses”, despite the fact that many of our clients come to us in search of a woman to worship and adore and share an erotic experience which is “Femdom” in nature – despite all this, there is one thing that we owe to each and every one of our callers, and that is a World Class customer service experience.
We want to make it very easy, and enjoyable, to do business with us. We want you to be able to pick up the phone and and enjoy yourself fully, and not be concerned that you might not get what you’re hoping to get, or that your billing information might not be secure. Many of the ladies who work here, including me, come from a professional background with a heavy focus on customer service and customer relations. In fact, when we interview potential Mistresses, a background in customer service is definitely something we’re hoping to find. We promise our callers the very best in customer service, and we screen new Mistresses at length to ensure that their own attitudes and beliefs on this subject are in line with the company’s dedication to making our customers happy, each and every time you visit our sites.

Here is what I, as owner and Head Mistress of this site, promise to you, my treasured customer:
A Great Call Every Time – With No Risk To You
Considering that the phone entertainment industry has grown as large and as vast as it has, and given the hundreds of services and thousands of ladies from whom you can choose to spend your hard earned money, I definitely understand that you may feel you are taking a risk calling a new service, or a new phone companion. I’d like to eliminate that risk for you. We spend many hours screening each new Mistress who comes aboard, so we’ve largely eliminated the risk through our selection process. If by chance you find yourself on a call with one of our Mistresses and it’s not quite meeting your expectations, you are more than welcome to politely terminate the call, connect yourself with our Dispatcher, and ask to speak with someone else. If the original call was within a reasonable length, there will be no charge. For instance, if you’re on the phone with a Mistress for an hour and then call back and tell us it did not go well, then we might question you a bit
But if you’re on the line with her for a few minutes, and it’s just not working out, please give us the opportunity to find someone more suitable for you.
Don’t Pay For Something you Didn’t Enjoy
I never want you to pay for a call that you did not enjoy. We’re willing to work with you and do whatever it takes, to make sure that your expectations are met. We have no set cut off point after which you MUST pay for a call you didn’t enjoy – we address each situation individually, and we’ll talk with you to find out what went wrong, and what we need to do differently to make your next call right. We have offered this no-risk arrangement all along, and we’ve found that it’s rarely if ever abused by folks seeking to get a free “quickie”. As long as this continues to be the case, we will continue to offer you the opportunity to speak with a new Mistress without risking paying for a call you didn’t enjoy.
Privacy, Security and Discretion
Our billing procedures and data handling processes are PCI Compliant. This means we have designed our processes to comply with the Payment Card Industry’s stringent standards for secure credit card processing. We have benefitted from extensive consultations with security professionals to make our processes as secure as they can possibly be. In addition, in 2005, we assumed the expense of changing our call distribution system, to limit, as much as possible, the number of individuals within the company who have access to your billing information. Even as owner of the company, I cannot see your full billing information once it’s entered into our system – all information is encrypted and unviewable by anyone, from the dispatchers all the way up to the Company Owner.
The exception to this is: the ladies who joined us prior to 2005 still process their own billing, while following the PCI standards. Trish, Ashley, Dallas, Lilah, Hannah, Tia, Carmen, Grace, Cassandra and Cecilia all process your billing information prior to your call. However, if you have called our service before, and then call one of these ladies for a second call to the service, they will process the transaction without being able to see the original billing information. The only time your billing information is viewed is the first time you provide it to us. After that, it’s encrypted and unviewable. Also, if you would prefer not to provide your information directly to any of these “veteran Mistresses”, you can always call into our dispatch system to be connected to them.
In general, when you call, your information is processed by our Dispatchers, who are highly trained in secure handling of credit card data, and are familiar with our privacy policies. You may opt to request not to have your name passed along to the Mistress with whom you’re going to do your call – this is your right, and we do not mind working with you to protect your privacy in whatever way makes you comfortable.
We will only provide information about your calls to YOU. If another party calls to inquire about a transaction on a credit card statement, and the party is obviously not the person who made the call, the caller is advised that our privacy policy does not allow us to provide this information to anyone except for the original customer. To this end, we appreciate your own discretion, and your cooperation in not using a credit card that is shared with another person who may want to know what the transaction on the credit card statement statement is for. While we do not necessarily advocate “secrecy”, we understand that there are times and circumstances in which you must maintain discretion in your activities. And if you are in this situation, there are ways to do this on your own, such as the use of gift cards or mailed prepayments for calls. Please do not use a credit card that is shared with family members from whom you prefer to keep your use of the service private – it’s just dumb and risky, to be honest, and a little disrespectful to all parties involved.
Immediate Resolution of Customer Concerns
How annoying is it to send an email to an online company, only to have your inquiry go unaddressed for days, or weeks, or forever? We aim to resolve all billing and customer service issues quickly, and effectively. When you have an issue, you can receive immediate attention by calling our Dispatch Center at 800-356-6169. The dispatch center is open and staffed by a live operator 24/7, and every dispatcher is trained, authorized and empowered to resolve almost any customer issue or billing question.
If you have an issue that needs to be escalated to a manager, your call will be transferred immediately to a manager. If a manager is not immediately available to take your call, the dispatcher will email me, as well as our three other Customer Service managers (Hannah, Carmen and Tia). Whichever of us is available to address and correct your concern first, will do so.

We Love to Share
I have heard on occasion that a regular customer of the service would like to try a new Mistress, but he doesn’t want his “usual” Mistress to be offended. Here’s what we promise: with the exception of the “Veteran Mistresses”, who do process your billing and so they can, admittedly, see whom you’ve spoken with in the past – even if it were not the case that we’re great at sharing, none of the Mistresses can see, or will find out, whom you’ve spoken with. And quite frankly, none of the Mistresses really care who you choose to speak with! As long as you’re calling US, and not another service, we are happy to have you call ALL the Mistresses you’d like. You never have to choose just one, and then worry that you’ll offend her if you choose to try another. That just doesn’t happen, and you have no need to concern yourself with it (though we do recognize the concern and politeness of the gesture, but it’s not necessary.) A large part of my day each day is spent trying to find ways to improve our service. I realize that this will most likely be a never-ending effort. Things happen. And when they do, I need to know.
