Hello darlings, yes – I’m back – with a little sunburn and a lot of Absinthe (can’t always get it in Ontario). I was supposed to get back from Montreal on Sunday night, but didn’t get back until Monday afternoon. The weather in Toronto was not conducive to landing a plane apparently!
Montreal was fabulous – although far too crowded. The whole weekend was one long party. Some things I liked about it: the feeling of being in another (European) country, the way the men looked at me, the music, the intense young men in their serious glasses and serious haircuts – loved the vibe!
The only thing I found to dislike was the smell! There seemed to be a constant smell of urine everywhere we went. I don’t know if it’s always like that or if it was just the F1 weekend. I may, possibly, revise my plans to move to Amsterdam next. Quebec City looks interesting…
Poor boy toy is quite worn out – what with one thing and another! I’ll give him a couple of days to recuperate (I’m so kind sometimes) and then, and then…
Someone reminded me of this quote yesterday “…Man is least himself when he talks in his own person. Give him a mask, and he will tell you the truth….” Perhaps a good one to bear in mind when you’re thinking of calling me.
